Please ensure that you are putting the ISIC Card Number correctly. The ISIC Card Number is the 14 digit alpha-numeric number mentioned on the top right corner of your card. Please enter the full 14 digits of the Serial Number. Can I get all the discounts in my country?
Tap on 'Discounts' on the Home Screen of the ISIC Global Application. Enter your country in the Search Bar on the top and view all the Discounts available in your country. Each country has it's own discounts and you should check the availability of the Discount and the Terms and Conditions before approaching a merchant for a Discount.
How do I access the discounts?
Tap on the 'Discounts' on the Home Screen of the ISIC Global Application. Select the Discount you want to access. Tap on the Offer Drop Down Arrow and follow the steps mentioned there to access the Discount.

Can I use my card anywhere to make the payments?
No. The ISIC - Yes Bank Prepaid Card can be used only in India to make the payments. However, the benefits & discounts on the card can be used in 125+ countries including India.

How do I make the payments online using the ISIC - Yes Bank Prepaid Cards?
You can either copy the card number from the Virtual Card in the Val U Application or put the physical card details to make the payment online.
How do I load money on the ISIC - Yes Bank Prepaid card?
Your Card is connected to the e-wallet on the Val U Application. Once the money is loaded on the e-wallet you can use your card to make payments and the money gets deducted from the e-wallet. You do not need to load money separately on your card.

Can the ISIC - Yes Bank Prepaid Card be used to withdraw cash from ATM?
Yes, the ISIC - Yes Bank Prepaid Card can be used to withdraw cash from ATMs across India.
Is there any transaction limit on the card?
The maximum limit on your Card is INR 2 Lac (INR 2,00,000/-) at any given time. You can also set your personal transaction limits in the Card section of the Val U Application.
What if the payment is denied?
Please check the Val U application for the balance on your e-wallet. Ensure that there is sufficient balance in your e-wallet for the transaction you are trying to make.

Is it necessary to have a Bank account / Savings account in order to apply for the prepaid card?
No! A Bank account is not required to apply for the Card or to use the Card.
How do I obtain the ISIC - Yes Bank Prepaid Card ATM PIN?
Once you activate the physical card on the Val U Application you will automatically be asked to generate the ATM Pin. You can also reset the ATM PIN from the Card section in the Val U Application.

Once you are sure that your card is lost or stolen, please immediately block your Card. You can block your Card through the card section in the Val U Application.
