What if the coupon code provided to avail the benefit is invalid?

Please ensure that you are entering the coupon code correctly. Please also ensure that the coupon code is being entered on the link provided on the discounts page for that particular discount. Can I get all the discounts in my country?

Tap on 'Discounts' on the Home Screen of the ISIC Global Application. Enter your country in the Search Bar on the top and view all the Discounts available in your country. Each country has it's own discounts and you should check the availability of the Discount and the Terms and Conditions before approaching a merchant for a Discount.

How do I access the discounts?

Tap on the 'Discounts' on the Home Screen of the ISIC Global Application. Select the Discount you want to access. Tap on the Offer Drop Down Arrow and follow the steps mentioned there to access the Discount.

How do I renew my Card?

If your Card has expired you will have to apply for a new card. The new Card can be applied online through the ISIC website: https://www.isic.co.in/login or through the Val U Application. You can download the Val U App from Google Playstore for Android devices from bit.ly/3WzkuTG or from the Apple Store for iOS devices from bit.ly/3WbCS3I.

My Card was lost/stolen?

Once you are sure that your card is lost or stolen, please immediately block your Card. You can block your Card through the card section in the Val U Application. The Card once blocked cannot be unblocked and you will have to order a new Card. You can also block the Card by calling the ISIC Helpdesk at 0124-4292568, Whatsapp at 9599668693

You can go in the 'Profile' section on your myValU app and select 'Delete Account Permanently' to delete your ISIC account.

What documents do I need to apply for the International Student Identity Card (ISIC)?

The ISIC Card is issued only to Students. The documents required for the application include:

  • Student Status Proof:
    a) Scanned copy of the School/College/University ID  with the validity mentioned on the Card
    b) Scanned copy of the Duly signed and stamped letter from the School/College/University confirming the Student status
  • Scanned copy of a valid Photo ID and address proof: Passport/Driving License/Voter ID
  • Scanned copy of passport size photograph
  • Scanned copy of Pan Card

What documents do I need to apply for the International Teacher Indentity Card (ITIC)?

The  ITIC Card is issued only to Teachers. The documents required for the application include:

  • Teacher Status proof:
      a)  Scanned copy of the School/College/University ID  with the validity mentioned on the Card
      b)  Scanned copy of the Duly signed and stamped letter from the School/College/University confirming the Teacher status
  • Scanned copy of a valid Photo ID and address proof: Passport/Driving License/Voter ID
  • Scanned copy of passport size photograph
  • Scanned copy of Pan Card

What documents do I need to apply for the International Youth Travel Card (IYTC)?
The IYTC Card is issued to Youth up to and including 35 years of age. The documents required for the application include:

  • Scanned copy of a valid Photo ID and address proof: Passport/Driving License/Voter ID

How do I apply for Travel Insurance through Val U Application?

You can click on the Insurance Tab in theVal U Application and follow the simple steps thereafter to purchase the Travel Insurance.

How do I claim the Accidental Insurance provided with the card?

The Student or someone on behalf of a student may call the toll free number 0124-4292568, or drop an email at customercare@bajajallianz.co.in addressing the Bajaj Allianz team to claim the Insurance. Please note that you will have to mention the Policy Number in the email.  

What documents do I need to claim the Accidental Insurance provided with the Card?

You will have to submit the following documents in order to claim the insurance:

  • Doctors Note
  • Hospital/Clinic Summary
  • Reports for any tests conducted
  • Scanned copy of the cancelled cheque in which the claim amount is to be credited. 

Please note that additional documents may be requested by the Bajaj Allianz team in order to process the claim.
