Operation Executive
Responsibilities & Deliverables
- End-to-End Issuance Management – manage the full lifecycle of card issuance for B2C and B2B partners, ensuring timely and error-free delivery.
- Data Handling & Compliance – collect and verify student/faculty data while ensuring privacy and compliance with DPDP Act and IT Act standards.
- Partner Coordination – act as the main point of contact for institutions and cardholders, providing smooth execution and regular updates.
- Vendor & Printing Management – liaise with vendors for accurate printing and coordinate logistics partners for dispatch and delivery.
- Issue Resolution & Support – handle queries, complaints, and manage reprints or replacement requests efficiently.
- Call Handling – make outbound calls to students and partners to collect data, clarify details, and communicate ISIC benefits.
- Process Optimization – review and improve workflows, implementing automation and digital tools to increase efficiency.
- Reporting & MIS – prepare reports and dashboards on issuance status, highlighting progress and bottlenecks.
- Cross-Team Collaboration – work with sales, product, finance, and marketing teams to align operations and support student communication.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 3+ years of operations experience.
- Experience handling large datasets and MIS (advantage).
- Exposure to EdTech, financial services, or ID issuance projects (plus).
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication for managing institutions and vendors.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
