Do I need to activate or apply for the insurance?
No activation needed — all valid ISIC cardholders are automatically covered. Coverage begins 30 days after card activation.
How do I file a claim?
Claims are handled by the Health & Travel Administration Team at Bajaj Allianz. See the FAQ for details.
Do you want a plastic version of your digital card?
If you’ve already purchased your digital card, you can get an additional plastic card. It will be delivered within 5–7 working days depending on your location.
Price of an additional plastic card is ₹218.
